Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–10 business days within the U.S. Expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
We currently ship to the U.S only. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and service. For questions about delivery or missing packages, contact Customer Support.
Tracking Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, we will issue a refund for the product(s) minus any shipping costs.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full money-back guarantee. Start a return by emailing Customer Support with your order number.
Items must be unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product. If you received a damaged/incorrect item, contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items: final-sale items, and personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and refund processing. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
How to Start a Return
- Email Customer Support with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back; keep your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.
